Jaime M. Grant is an organizational development expert who has been working in non-profit, mission-driven organizations for the past two decades. Her client list includes the National Association for the Mentally Ill (NAMI), the National Youth Advocacy Coalition and the Gaea Foundation. For six years, she directed the Union Institute’s Center for Women, the nation’s only academic women’s center dedicated to collaborations between scholars and activists. Her articles on transformational organizations and leadership development have been published in major academic journals and anthologies.
Currently Program Director for the Institute for Sustainable Communities’ Leadership for a Changing World (LCW) program, Jaime oversees program design and facilitation for meetings of LCW fellows and works with the Ford Foundation and NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service on the research and evaluation components of the program. She also plays a central role in the awards program’s annual selection process. Jaime developed and taught a course on social movements at Georgetown University, is an active screenwriter and a full-time mom.
