Noah Isserman, having recently sold a for-profit firm and finished for-profit consulting work for the foreseeable future, is thrilled to join Common Ground and see what his experience can offer the social profit sector. Noah is a recent honors graduate of Amherst College, where he created a major in cognitive neuroscience to examine the neural and hormonal correlates of human decision-making when fairness and economic optimality are in conflict. In addition to his for-profit entrepreneurial and consulting work, Noah has previously worked with UBS Financial, the Democratic National Committee, and co-taught a course on social and educational reform at Amherst College. In his life outside work, Noah enjoys soccer and avocados, among other things.
